Time for delivery:

  1. We will process your order after you have completed the payment. The goods will generally be sent out
    within 2-5 working days after the order is placed and notified by email.
  2. The delivery time may be extended during public holidays or promotional activities.
  3. Please ensure that the address and personal information provided by you are accurate. If there are errors or omissions,
    we will contact you to supplement the relevant information, and the shipment may be delayed.
  4. Payment review by banks, customs clearance and bad weather will also affect the time required for delivery.

Import tariffs︰

The charge of the import tariffs will vary depending on the region, and additional taxes may be required in the order.

Return policy︰

  1. We do not accept returns.
  2. If you shop on http://www.reddot-optic.com/ and find that you have received wrong, defective or incomplete packages, please email info@reddot-optic.com or call us within seven days +852 2511 4220 Contact Customer Service. And provide your order number, product photos and other relevant details, and we will do our best to solve it for you.
  3. Reddot Optic’s stores can only provide exchange services, but cannot process refunds and returns of online orders.
  4. All products that are required to be returned must be returned together perfectly with the original spectacle case and receipts.
    We have the right not to accept products that violate the regulations.
  5. Once an order is placed,  the customs duties will not be refunded even the order need to be return.
  6. The customer must assume responsibility before the return package is signed by us . Therefore, we recommend that the customer use reliable and traceable transportation services.
